Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Account: your email address, a securely stored password (hashed by our sign-in provider) and the display name you choose. We use your display name on certificates.

Learning: your language preference, placement answers and recommended stage, chosen stage, lesson completion, quiz and exam answers, scores and attempts, stage achievements and certificate details (name snapshot, stage, dates and certificate ID).

Optional profile details: if you choose to add them in your account settings, your phone number, country, city (no street address), employment status, current company and job title. We use them to support your account and understand our learners; they are not shown publicly.

Your choices: whether you agreed to marketing emails and to employer visibility, with the date and policy version of each change.

Payments: for purchases we keep the item, amount, currency, status and PayPal's order and transaction IDs. PayPal processes the payment itself; Makeen does not receive or store your card details.

Technical: our hosting provider may record standard server logs and privacy-friendly visitor statistics (such as page views) to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

To provide your account, save your progress, score assessments, check stage access, issue certificates you earn, process purchases and refunds, keep the service secure and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing and employer visibility

Both are off unless you turn them on in your account settings, and neither is needed to use the course, take assessments or receive certificates. You can withdraw either at any time; we keep a record of each change.

Employer visibility only prepares a possible future service. No employer service exists today and nothing is shared with employers. If one launches, only learners who opted in would be included, and employers would not receive your private contact details or the learner database; contact would happen through introductions you approve.

Providers

Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, sign-in and account emails) and PayPal (payments). They process data on our behalf or, for PayPal, under their own terms and privacy policy.

Stored in your browser

Your sign-in session and language preference are stored in your browser's local storage. Unfinished practice and quiz selections are kept in session storage for the current tab. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your requests

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email support@suasira.com from your account email. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept where the law requires.

We will update this page if how we use data changes, and show the date it was last updated.
