These terms describe how you may use the online sales training provided by Makeen (“Makeen”, “we”).
The service
Makeen provides digital educational content: lessons, practice activities, quizzes, final exams and training certificates for passed stages. Content is for learning and is not professional, legal or financial advice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate details, including the name you want on certificates.
Fair use
Your access is personal. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the lessons or assessment questions, try to get answers in unfair ways, or try to get around access or payment checks.
Purchases
Prices are one-time payments in US dollars: Stage 1 $9, Stage 2 $19, Stage 3 $29, or all three for $45. Payments are processed by PayPal. Each purchase unlocks only the stage or stages bought, and Stages 2 and 3 also need the required progress level. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Certificates
Certificates show that you completed Makeen training and passed its final assessment. They are not an external accreditation, licence or professional qualification, and they do not guarantee employment.
Suspension
We may suspend or limit access where the law allows, for example for misuse, fraud or a payment reversal.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date they were last updated.
